Barrington
Big 3D visualization case
OF THE multi-functional complex in California
INTRO
Together with the Landry Design Group and Luno Architects team, we created visualizations for the Barrington multi-functional complex which is already under construction in California.

Barrington includes public spaces, retail outlets, cafes, restaurants as well as residential spaces in a secluded part of the complex. We started with visualizations of the facade from different camera positions and went through several stages of changes in the architecture. With the development of the project, we moved on to the study of interiors and created renderings for both commercial and residential parts of the complex.
THE CHALLENGE | TEXTURES
The object itself is really unique and therefore the visualization tasks had their own specifics. The key features are materials and colors. Materials and colors have formed a distinctive minimalistic style that intersects with futurism. The project uses only glass, wood, concrete, and an abundance of plants, which adds more light and air to the interior spaces.

At the same time, the visualizations should not look like cardboard. It should convey the featheriness and lightness of the complex. 3d artists are aware of the problems of working with basic colors - they always make images cartoonish, and it may be acceptable in certain stylistics. But in this project, our team was given the task of maximum photorealism to create an immersive effect.
THE CHALLENGE | FORMS AND LIGHT
Unique feature is also due to the desire to be close to nature and harmony that the project should display: in Barrington, all angles are kept to a minimum, so that even at the level of shapes and volumes, it conveys a measured pace, a familiar rhythm.

To bring out the forms, we focused a lot of energy on the camera angles and the light in the views. The light was paid a special attention in the project. It enhances the atmosphere of the space as well as makes the image more realistic, with proper work with light sources and their intensity.
RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS
We tried to emphasize coziness in the interiors and create visuals that would create the atmosphere of a home waiting for its owners. Images that told the story of the space. So the bedroom welcomes us with the sunrise and conveys the anticipation of a new day and new accomplishments.
